<p>PURPOSE:To prevent insulating characteristics from being deteriorated like a pin hole in an insulating layer and to eliminate a defective position in the rise part of an electrode by forming the insulating print of an undercoat by many layer, forming the undercoat consisting of the many layers as a step-like part on its boundary part with a resistor layer and forming an electrode on the step-like part. CONSTITUTION:The resistor layer 9 with fixed thickness is formed on an insulating base 8, the non-detection part of the layer 9 is coated with the insulating layer 18 of the undercoat by many layers with thickness capable of preventing the generation of a pin hole to form layers for X and Y axes. The layer 18 consisting of many layers is formed as the step-like part 20 on both the end parts of the boundary between the layer 18 and the exposed resistor layer 9 and the electrode 10 is formed on the step-like part 20 so as to cover the end parts of the layer 18. Consequently, a tablet resolving both problems, i.e. unsufficient formation of the electrode and the deterioration of insulating property due to a pin hole can be obtained.</p> |
