PURPOSE:A hair cosmetic having wetness providing effects on hairs, comprising specific amounts of a quaternary ammonium salt of mono-20-22C alkyl and a quaternary ammonium salt of di-20-22C alkyl as essential ingredients. CONSTITUTION:A hair cosmetic comprising 0.1-3wt% quaternary ammonium salt (e.g., docosyltrimethylammonium chloride) shown by the formula I (R1 is 20- 22C alkyl; R2, R3 and R4 are 1-3C alkyl, etc.; X is halogen or 1-2C alkylsulfuric ester residue) and 0.1-3wt% quaternary ammonium salt (e.g., di-docosyldimethylammonium chloride) shown by the formula II (R5 and R6 are 20-22C alkyl; R7 and R8 are 1-3C alkyl, etc.) as essential ingredients in a weight ratio of the compound shown by the formula I to II 1/2.5-1.5/1. Usable in various kinds of uses, e.g., hair rinse, hair conditioner, etc. |
