This way, the electrode of the inner lead or its vicinity is sealed with resin 18, and the others are sealed with sealing agents 45 or the likes, and the reliability of sealing is high. The laying of the resin 18 is simple and easy, and the application of a robot, etc., becomes possible for the sealing of this part or the formation of a module, and a cheap solar battery module can be offered.
