The gun which uses a liquid propellant, has a barrel (2) with a cartridge chamber (4) at its rear end. The cartridge chamber encloses a combustion chamber (6) for the liquid propellant. The combustion chamber is surrounded by the annular propellant chamber (8) which is connected on one side with the propellant supply pipe (10) and on the other side is connected by radial passageways (7) to the combustion chamber. The propellant is injected into the combustion chamber through these passageways be means of axially moving annular piston (13) which operates in the annular cylinder (3). USE/ADVANTAGE - Gun using a liquid propellant with a rapid rate of fire.
