PURPOSE:To use low-priced resin for adhesive resin and also to maintain high reliability without specially treating the surface of a rear protector by inserting the projection of a terminal cover into the hole bored in the rear protector. CONSTITUTION:To manufacture a solar battery module, butyl rubber 20 is bonded in advance to the inner part of a hole 8, and an inner lead wire 4 is taken out from gap, and a rear protector 6 is set. Then, the inner lead 4 and the outer lead 4' are soldered, and silicon resin 21 is placed in the gap to the hole 8, and a terminal cover 10 is set by inserting the top of the projection 9 in the hole 8 and pushing it in firmly from above. The terminal cover never comes off easily from the rear protector 6. Moreover, the outer lead 4', even if for example pulled, never comes off being blocked by the wall of the terminal cover since the solder 5 at the end is larger than the gap. Accordingly, the reliability in the attachment of the terminal cover becomes high. |
