发明名称 PRODUCTION OF ELECTRIFYING PARTICLE FOR CIRCUIT PRINTING
摘要 PURPOSE:To allow the printing of uniform circuit patterns by spheroidizing internal shell particles prior to the formation of external shell formation so as to uniformly electrify the respective particles at the time of electrophotographic printing. CONSTITUTION:Metallic powder and thermally melted resin are compounded and the mixture is subjected to respective stages of melt kneading, crushing, pulverizing and classifying, by which the electrostatically charged particles for circuit printing are produced. The formation of the outer shells is then not immediately started and the particles for the internal shell obtd. by the classification are processed in a hybridization system as they are without being mixed with the external shell particles and are thereby applied with mechanical force, by which the projecting parts of the particle surfaces for the internal shells are removed and spheroidized; thereafter, the particles are classified to remove the fine particles. The external shells are formed after the internal shells are spheroidized in such a manner. The electrification state at the time of printing in the electrophotographic method is uniformized in this way and the quality of printed circuits is improved.
