PURPOSE:To accomplish a flat and excellent frequency characteristic without a front chamber effect, by making a speaker thin through the use of a piezoelectric oscillator with a flat surface drive. CONSTITUTION:One end of a bimorph 14a is fixed to one side of a frame 13, and another end is fixed to an end P' of another side of a flat drive diaphragm plate 11 with adhesives 15 havng elasticity. Further, one end of another bimorph 14b is fixed to another side of a frame 13 and another end is fixed to one end P of the flat drive diaphragm plate 11 by using an adehsive 15. In this case, the oscillating interval of the bimorhs 14a, 14b (interval from the frame 13 to the connecting point between the bimorphs 14a, 14b and the flat drive diaphragm plate 11) is made almost equal to an aperture (length of side) of the flat drive diaphragm plate. |
