<p>The proposed device comprises a mechanism presetting the spring helix angle provided with a power cylinder (26) whose piston (29) has a slot (30), and a double-arm lever with a rotation axis (33) perpendicular to the rotation axis (28) of a mandrel (14) on which the spring (7) is coiled, one arm (34) of the lever being located in the slot (30) of the piston (29) and the second arm (36) being rigidly connected to a bushing (37) guiding the wire (16) of the spring (7) to be coiled to the mandrel (14). A unit (6) for forming the spring and a carriage (4) are rigidly connected to the casing (25) of the power cylinder (26) of the mechanism.</p> |
