PURPOSE:To reduce the heat generating amount of a switch, by supplying a voltage which is made to a constant voltage by using a gate turn-off thyristor (GTO). CONSTITUTION:When an output of a sensor circuit 4 is at high level, a transistor (TR)Q7 is turned off. Further, a GTOT12 turns on and a capacitor C9 is charged. When a charging voltage is higher, a Zener diode Z10 turns on and a thyristor T14 turns on. Then, a voltage between the gate and the cathode of the GTOT12 is reversely biased and the GTOT12 turns off. Thus, a voltage across the capacitor C9 is kept at a constant voltage. When the output of the sensor circuit 4 is at low level, the TRQ7 is turned on and after the GTOT12 turns on, a thyristor T17 turns on by, a capacitor C8 and power supply is supplied to a load L.O.19. |
