PARTIAL REMELTING AND ALLOYING METHOD OF ALUMINUM ALLOY

摘要

PURPOSE:To locally alloy an alloy member to aluminum and to reinforce this part by combining a porous metallic member having a limited ratio of volumetric rate to a part of the aluminum alloy member and irradiating the combined part with a high-density energy beam thereby melting both. CONSTITUTION:The porous metallic member 10 combined with the aluminum alloy member 11 is remelted by irradiation with the high-energy beam, by which the different metal is alloyed into the aluminum alloy material. Then, the local part of the aluminum alloy member is reinforced by alloying this part.
