PURPOSE:To quickly find malfunction of the production by providing a window, which is divided into the number equal to the number of using films, at the position closer to the edge from the center on each film for producing inner layer material and scribing a mark on the different block by the film. CONSTITUTION:A wiring board is constituted by laminating outer layer material 12, inner layer material 8-1, prepreg 14 and inner layer material 8-2 on the top side and outer layer material 14 on the bottom side. In such a case, a marking pattern '1' is formed on the surface of the inner layer material 8-1 based on the mark 6-1 of a film 2-1 for the inner layer material production, and a marking pattern '2' is formed on the rear of the inner layer material 8-1 based on the mark 6-2 of a film 2-2 for the inner layer material production. A marking pattern '3' is formed on the surface of the inner layer material 8-2, and a marking pattern '4' is formed on the rear of the inner layer material 8-2. When the material is piled in such order previous to the process of pressing the wiring board, since the inner layer material and the prepreg are transparent or semitransparent, marking patterns 10-1-4 are lined in such order if the specification of each film and the laminating order of the inner layer material are correct. |
