PURPOSE:To improve shape-recovering property, injection moldability, and bending strength by compounding a polynorbornene with a high-density PE and a polyester elastomer. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. polynorbornene having an average mol.wt. of 2000000 or higher and a glass transition point of 35 deg.C or higher is compounded with 5-40 pts.wt. high-density PE having a melt index of 0.1-20g/min, 5-45 pts.wt. polyester elastomer having a glass transition point of -30 to -40 deg.C), a Shore D hardness of about 40 deg.C, and an m.p. (DSC) of 160-190 deg.C) (e.g. a polyester- polyether copolymer), and, if necessary, 5-20 pts.wt. thermoplastic polyester resin having a glass transition point of 35-100 deg.C and a flow point of 130-160 deg.C, a pigment, a filler, a thermal stabilizer, a flame retardant, etc. |
