发明名称 METHOD FOR DETACHING TERMINAL OF HIGH HEAT RESISTANT INSULATED WIRE
摘要 PURPOSE:To easily enable detachment of a coating material by irradiating the terminal part of a high heat resistant insulated wire having the complex insulated structure of polyester imide resin in a lower layer and polyimide resin in an upper layer with the specific laser beam. CONSTITUTION:The terminal part forming the complex insulated structure by arranging enamel coating layer composed of material having >=180 deg.C heat resistant class with IEC Pub 172 and enamel coating layer composed of polyimide-based resin in oder, is irradiated with an excimer laser beam to detach the coating layer in this terminal part. Further, ratio of thickness of the upper layer to that of the lower layer in the coating material on the high heat resistant insulated electric wire is made to about 1/5-1/2. By this method, an exposed conductor can be solder-injected with high reliability.
