PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of digital multiplex radio equipment by providing a common carrier generating section on the transmitting side and common reproduced carrier generating section, controlling section, and plural phase shifters on the receiving side and supplying carriers from the common reproduced carrier generating section to internal detectors as reproduced carriers in a demodulating section. CONSTITUTION:A common carrier generating section 2 is provided on the transmitting side and common carriers generated by the section 2 are supplied to all modulators as carriers for modulation. A common reproduced carrier generating section 6, controlling section 7, and phase shifters 42 and 52 respectively incorporated in demodulating sections 4 and 5 are provided on the receiving side. In the section 6, control signals from the sections 4 and 5 are supplied to a selector and a corresponding control signal is selected by means of a select signal and supplied to an oscillator. Upon receiving the control signal, the oscillator sends an output of the frequency corresponding to the control signal to each demodulating section. Therefore, when the frequency of the carriers for modulation is the same as that of reproduced carriers, the cost of digital multiplex radio equipment can be reduced. |
