Circuit includes a safety valve which is located in one of the two pressure chambers, a safety circuit which is controlled by a signal from the differential pressure measurement device, and a calculation unit. The latter controls the valve so that it is open with a min. control signal and closed with a max. control signal. If limiting values are exceeded, the differential pressure deviation from the limiting value results in the opening of the valve.
