<p>The method drills holes from a position inclined to the hole axis. It uses a mounting (3) movable in three dimensions and on which a drilling machine (4) is movable in the axial direction. The boring bar (5) is flexible, and is deflected from the axis of rotation of the machine onto that of the hole by a curved guide (7) fixed to the mounting. The bar can be composed of a tubular core, round which bars or wires are wound.</p> |
