1511506 Rotary piston compressors ROBERT BOSCH GmbH 13 May 1975 [19 June 1974] 19997/75 Heading F1F In a rotary piston compressor in which the geometric centres M 2 and M 3 of a rotor 11 and the eccentric 7 on which it is mounted are not coincident, with a resulting centre of gravity S of the rotor which would fall on the line M 3 M 2 but at a position beyond M 2 , the centre of gravity is displaced to a point S 1 between M 2 and M 3 by forming bores 12 in the inner race 8 of the rotor 11, thus reducing the pressure with which the rotor acts on the stator wall 2. Further bores 13 can displace the centre of gravity to the centre M 3 of eccentric 7, thus eliminating the dependence of this pressure on rotor speed. |
