<p>The invention relates to a device for cutting and/or slitting a moving web or sheet material made from cardboard (B). Slitting is performed by two rotating circular cutters (1, 1') located on each side of the web (B) and whose two peripheral cutting edges (1a, 1'a) are in mutual contact.
