A structure for forming the frame of bed bases, according to which the frame is achieved by welding the longitudinal members and crosspieces in such a manner that they provide recesses at the corners. These corners are closed with auxiliary pieces which conceal said recesses and show an outwardly convex external edge, which is rounded. The legs are located partially under the longitudinal members and are combined with corner pieces, the horizontal arm of which remains close to the upper edge of the legs. The legs are equipped with internal circular, square, etc. plates equipped with threaded holes via which pass screws which, traversing the angle pieces, fasten the legs. <IMAGE>
