摘要 |
<p>PURPOSE:To transfer video information with excellent quality by using a tentative storage function of a signal at both a sender side and a receiver side so as to separate coding processing of a video signal (decoding processing at the receiver side) and transfer processing. CONSTITUTION:Video information to be transferred is coded by a video coding section 11 and when storage of the voltage information in a form of coded video information in a transmission video storage section 12 is finished and the setting of a communication line 3 with a transfer destination is finished, a transfer start signal is inputted to the transmission video storage section 12. When the communication line is set and a transfer video signal sent from a video transmission controller (I) is reached, a line interface section 21 inputs the saidtransfer video signal to a reception video storage section 22 and isstored therein. Through the operation above, a coded video signal stored in the transmission video storage section 12 of the video transmission controller (I) is transferred to a reception video storage section 22 of a video reception controller (II) and then the video reception controller (II) is singly operated.</p> |
