PURPOSE:To make it possible to form a three-dimensional object in a short time by curing each uncured optically curable resin in a profile part and in a center core part using the emission of a narrow beam-like light and a narrow slit-like light respectively. CONSTITUTION:A table 13 is allowed to sink gradually into an uncured optically curable resin 10, and if a distance between the surface of the resin and the surface 10a of a liquid is Z (0.1 to 0.5mm), a laser beam 17a for irradiation to the surface 10a of the liquid is moved along the profile of a section of the three-dimensional object 11 when the product 11 is cut at a position Z which is at a height from the bottom surface of the object 11, and then the uncured optically curable resin 10 is allowed to cure at the profile line. Next, the narrow slit light 22a is moved in a direction which is diagonal with the longitudinal direction of the slit light 22a, and at the same time, the uncured optically curable resin 10 corresponding to an area surrounded by the profile line is irradiated with the light with an operation for changing the width of the longitudinal direction of the light 22a, and thus is cured. In this stage, the slice piece S1 of the bottom of the three-dimensional object 11 is completed, and this process is repeated 'n$' times to complete the entire three- dimensional object 11. |
