摘要 |
PURPOSE:To easily manufacture a super plastic composite magnetic material compacting body having sufficient electric conductivity and excellent mechanical property and magnetism by pressurize-compacting the mixed powder composed of a Zn-22Al super plastic powder and a magnetic powder under semi-melting temp. CONSTITUTION:The mixed powder composed of Zn-22Al super plastic powder (78wt.% Zn, 22wt.% Al) or material (e.g. Zn-22Al-1.0Cu-0.03Mg) added with a little quantity of Cu, Mg, etc., and the magnetic powder (e.g. ferrite powder) is pressurize-compacted at 400-450 deg.C of semi-melting temp. and 1-400MPa pressure to obtain the super plastic composite magnetic material compacting body. |
