PURPOSE:To obtain dielectric porcelain having thin dielectric thickness with decreasing its crystalline diameter by using BaO, TiO2, La2O3, and Dy2O3 wherein each mol ratio is within a specified range. CONSTITUTION:Dielectric porcelain composition is built up in such constitution being expressed in a general formula shown as the Equation I, wherein Re is a rare earth element chosen from La or Dy; and wherein x, y, and z are expressed in mol ratios and x+y+z=1; the values of x, y, z are within the mol ratio ranges surround by a, b, c, d given in Table I, respectively. This constitution makes the crystalline diameter of the dielectric porcelain smaller, and at the same time higher dielectric constant can be obtained such that its temperature characteristics of capacitance satisfy the Y class F characteristic standard of JIS. |
