PURPOSE:To perform identification suitable for ensuring security and convenient for a user by instructing the propriety of transaction while collating a signal obtained from the contact of the prescribed position of a display picture with a code number stored in a memory. CONSTITUTION:By the insertion of a transaction card 1, input data obtained from a R/W (reader/writer) 2 is stored in a memory 3 by a control part 5. A display picture pattern is selected by the control part 5 from the code information area in read card data to be displayed on a CRT4. The prescribed position in the display picture displayed by the CRT4 is touched by fingers, and when the touch to a touch panel is judged as effective, the finger-touched position is stored in a data stock area by the control part 5. When all the data recording to the data stock area is terminated to be shifted to the check of the code by only the prescribed number of the finger-touched processing. It is collated with contents of the area of the code information of reading card data by a comparison part 6. Thus, the security is ensured and the mistake by the user can be eliminated. |
