PURPOSE:To easily execute a test by externally setting addresses for an arbi trary ROM to perform a test of a microcommand set corresponding to each address. CONSTITUTION:The externally inputted addresses are inputted through an address decoder to a ROM and a microcommand corresponding to each address is outputted by the ROM to a pipe-ine register. By setting a clock 311 at a low level and inputting a shift clock 312 after a microcommand is red to the pipe-line register, the microcommand is outputted to the external device. The test of the ROM is executed by comparing the externally outputted microcommands. These processings are performed for all the addresses, and then the test for the microcommands stored in the ROM is completed. Thus, the test can be easily executed. |
