PURPOSE:To produce a proper document without waste, by composing a sentence based on the attribute relation of a sentence shown by the attribute data and then storing the sentence and controlling the layout of the sentence to output in a form of the document. CONSTITUTION:The supplied sentence data is controlled via a sentence control part 6 and at the same time stored in a sentence data part 7a. The sentence and the attribute data which are stored in a memory 7 are structurally composed according to the inter-region relation of the sorted regions shown by the attribute data and then stored. These stored data are printed and delivered as a document via a printer 9 after receiving a rule mark, etc. that shows the region section according to the correlation of the attribute data in the output mode and receiving a layout in accordance with the quantity of the sentence data. |
