PURPOSE:To efficiently mass-produce canes whose external appearance and tone of color are favorable, by a method wherein the outside of a core body is wrapped up in thermoplastic resin into a tubular or sheetlike state and matched molds provided so as to put the same between them are clamped. CONSTITUTION:A core body 5 is comprised of a composite pipe comprised, for example, of carbon fibers or glass fibers or a metallic pipe comprised, for example, of a pipe made of chrome-molybdenum steel or an aluminum alloy and ply bamboo. Then a skin body 6 is comprised of a molded layer of a synthetic resin material. A male screw part 1a is provided on a handle 3 in a body on which a cane main body 2 is screwed. In other words, a metallic tube 1b is fitted to the handle 3 by insert molding, through which the cane main body is screwed on to the handle 3. |
