PURPOSE:To certainly communicate a waiting time by providing a means which inputs the kinds of the plural kinds of business, means which stores the required time data of the business, and arithmetic means which calculates the waiting time by using these two means. CONSTITUTION:A window clerk seat 12 and a backward clerk seat 14 are arranged at the inside of a counter 10, and a reception terminal 16 and an auxiliary input terminal 18 are arranged on a desk. The terminal 16 inputs an acceptance number and the kinds of the business based on a reception form filled in by a visitor, and the terminal 18 inputs the number of the clerks who process the business. Both the terminals 16 and 18 are connected with a central processing unit 22, and the unit 22 which is equipped with an arithmetic part 24 and a memory part 26, calculates the waiting time. Both the kinds of the preliminarily operated business and an average required time for the processings of each occupation are stored in the memory part 26, and the arithmetic part 24 reads the corresponding business and the average required time for it by an input data from the terminal 16, and simulates the time required for the completion of the actually accepted business by the number of employed clerks inputted from the terminal 18. |
