PURPOSE:To perform assembly and clamp fixing work in a short time by a very simple procedure so as to prevent components from dropping by forming a groove in a flange of a cleat, and leaving a bolt and a nut as previously set to a retaining side cleat member for retaining a cable. CONSTITUTION:Constitution is provided of a receiving side cleat member 20 set up by tightening a bolt nut to a member 10 like a steel tower and a retaining side cleat member 30 opposedly provided to this receiving side cleat member 20. In the retaining side cleat member 30, a spring 40 like a helical coil shape, bolt 50 and a nut are left as previously set. In the receiving side cleat member 20, a groove 24, provided with an opening 23 and dug down along a direction for a cable 70 to pass through, is formed. The retaining side cleat member 30, left as having the bolt 50 and the nut set to the member 30, is inserted to the groove 24, provided in a flange of the receiving side cleat member 20, from the upper side opening of the groove. |
