<p>PURPOSE:To produce at a low level of cost without needing an adhesive agent by laminating sheets coated with a specific metal or fabrics intended for use in forming an electro-conductive layer, fusing and rolling the metal in the sheets by the use of a roll, joining the sheets and the plastics and incorporating them into one body. CONSTITUTION:A raw material plastic is fed from a hopper 10, plasticized by a screw of an extruder and extruded in a shape of sheet or ring by means of a die 2. The plastics is at a high temperature in a softened or molten state. The sheet plastic at the high temperature is rolled and cooled by following the lead of rolls 3. After it is extruded into the rolls 3 but before it is jammed into them, the plastic material is caused to pass through rolls 3, 4 and 5 each coated with a metal having a melting point of 47 deg.C to 300 deg.C. The granular metal in the sheet is softened and molten due to the heat of the plastic material and the clamp pressure of the rolls 3, impregnating the fabric material to form a homogeneous and continuous metal film on a surface layer thereof.</p> |
