PURPOSE:To correct the expanding of toner after fixing, to set an L1 and an L2 at the same width and to reduce the obstacle of the reading of a bar code reader by making the laser lighting time of one-dot longer or shorter than a clock period outputted by means of a clock generating circuit. CONSTITUTION:An operational panel 11 and a one-shot circuit 12 are added, the output of the once-shot circuit 12 is connected with the input of a laser light generating circuit 10. The operational panel 11 is operated by an operator, to input an arbitrary value. The inputted value is sent to the one-shot circuit 12. It generates the pulse D of a fixed width from the leading edge of a clock signal B when printing information C has a high level, and outputs the pulse D to the laser light generating circuit 10. The pulse width T2 of the pulse D is in proportion to the inputted value from the operational panel 11. The pulse width T2 is not needed to be shorter than T1, and set at a more longer value, an extra-dot is vacantly printed on a space, so that the ratio of the bar L1 and space L2 is made constant. Thus, the ratio of the bar and space caused by the expanding after the fixing is changed, and the obstacle of the reading of the bar code reader is eliminated. |
