PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition suitable as an insulating material for tubes, electric wires, etc., by blending acrylic ester polymer-based acryl rubber with aluminum hydroxide and silica reinforced silicone rubber in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:(A) 100 pts.wt. acrylic rubber consisting essentially of an acrylic ester polymer is blended with (B) 50-150 pts.wt. aluminum hydroxide (preferably one subjected to surface treatment) and 10-70 pts.wt. silicone rubber reinforced with silica to give the objective composition. |
