<p>PURPOSE:To uniformly polymerize resin in a specific time and carry out automatic operation with the simple structure by supplying hot air into a casing, keeping the outside environmental temperature of a flask at a specific temperature by hot air, heating the resin in the flask from inside by microwaves, heating the resin from outside the flask by the direct hot air, and uniformly heating the whole resin. CONSTITUTION:Microwaves permeates a flask 4 and plaster and is irradiated on a resin denture base 2, and induction-heats the resin, and heat is generated from the inside. The hot air blown into a casing 1 heats the outer surface of the flask 4 as shown by the thick arrow mark. The heat is transmitted to the flask 4 and plaster, and heats the resin denture base 2 from the outside surface. The internal generated heat in the resin denture base 2 can be adjusted by the irradiation energy of microwaves, i.e., output of a magnetron. The surface heating of the resin denture base 2 can be adjusted by the temperature of the hot air blown into the casing 1. Accordingly, since the internal generated heat quantity of the resin and the heating quantity supplied from the surface can be adjusted, the whole can be heated uniformly and speedily.</p> |
