PURPOSE:To take over the processing of a program at the time of trouble of a processor by asynchronously executing the program with multiplexity by plural processors connected to a network. CONSTITUTION:Terminals 1001, 1101, and 1201, disks 100, 110, and 120, and printers 1005, 1105, and 1205 are connected to processors 10, 11, and 12, and these processors are connected to a network 1. Two processors 10 and 11 asynchronously execute the same programs 1010 and 1010'. Consequently, these programs P 1010 and 1010' executed with multiplexity can access disks, terminals, and printers without paying attention to each other. Therefore, the processing of the program P is continued even in the case of trouble of the processor 10 or 11. Thus, the principal program is executed with an arbitrary degree of multiplexity by arbitrary processors to improve the reliability of the system. |
