<p>PURPOSE:To position simply and reliably a sewn line, which is favorable from an external appearance point of view, at a fixed position and handmade feeling and high-class feeling are given to the title trim parts, by a method wherein parts each of a skin material molded in a necessary form beforehand are sewn and joined to each other and the sewn line of the skin material is made into a fixing standard. CONSTITUTION:Skin materials 13 of every parts 13a, 13b, 13c are molded into desired forms and then they are formed by sewing processing. The skin material 13 and a core material 12 with a pad material 12 which is molded separately are pressure-contacted, unified and molding of a door trim 10 is completed. A sewn line 15 superior in design properties is completed and since the sewn line 15 is made into a fixing standard in positioning of the skin material, the sewn line 15 is formed at a fixed position. Therefore, simple and reliable positioning becomes possible and a thickness of an entrapment part 16 of the skin material 13 is absorbed by a groove 11a formed into the core material 11. Therefore, a protuberance is not generated along the sewn line 15 and a desired curved surface form is obtained.</p> |
