发明名称 POLYCHLOROPRENE ADHESIVE COMPOSITION
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the subject adhesive composition imparted with specific physical properties and having remarkably improved thermal aging resistance by polymerizing a polychloroprene and a hydrocarbon having a specific (methyl) indene content in the presence of a Friedel-Crafts catalyst. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition having a softening point of >=140 deg.C, an Mw/Mn ratio of <=3.0 (Mw is weight-average molecular weight and Mn is number-average molecular weight) and excellent long-term tack-retainability, adhesivity, cohesivity, etc., can be produced by polymerizing (A) a polychloroprene and (B) a hydrocarbon containing >=80wt.% of (methyl)indene and prepared from a fraction obtained by the cracking of naphtha and distillation of tar and having a boiling point of 140-240 deg.C in the presence of (C) a Friedel-Crafts catalyst such as boron trifluoride and aluminum chloride.
