PURPOSE:To improve adhesive property, reduce curing trouble, and improve resistance to peeling and resistance to flex fatigue at the time of running after curing by joining between a cap tread part and a side wall part through a shoulder part tie rubber made of a specified rubber-composite. CONSTITUTION:The end part of a cap tread part 1 in the shoulder part S is formed into a cap-over-side COS structure in which the end part of the cap tread part is covered with the end part of a side wall part 2 through a shoulder part tie-rubber 3. Beneath the cap tread part 1, belt layers 4 and a carcass layer 5 are arranged. Further, the shoulder part tie-rubber 3 is constituted by a rubber-composite in which VCR of more than 30 parts by weight, preferably 0-60 parts by weight in 100 parts by weight of the total rubber, and the sum of VCR and Cis-BR of more than 50 parts by weight, preferably 55-70 parts by weight in 100 parts by weight of the total rubber, are blended. Thus, the heat shrinkage difference between the cap tread part 1 and the shoulder part tie-rubber 3 is decreased to improve dimensional stability and forming-operating performance. |
