<p>PURPOSE:To uniformly and easily flatten a coloring ink film and to manufacture the color filter with efficiency by flattening the printed coloring ink film by a roller, which is coated with a low-affinity sheet material, before the film becomes dry. CONSTITUTION:A printing mechanism 21 is put in reciprocal motion to print blue ink, which is transferred to a brin barrel 18, at a specific gap part of the black matrix of the light absorptive film 27 of a glass substrate 14 set on a printing surface plate 15 and the flattening roller 20 is rotated almost simultaneously with the printing to flatten the blue ink film 29B printed at the specific gap part of the light absorptive film 27. The blue ink film 29B which is printed swelling at the specific gap part of the light absorptive film 27 is crushed by the brin barrel 18 and excellently flattened and then set by heat baking. Similarly, a green and a red ink film are formed to manufacture the color filter.</p> |
