<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to reduce dispersion of impedance and widen the opening space by a method wherein for a data transmitting/receiving coil, an insulated wire is wound into a ring shape of approximately the same diameter, along the outer periphery of a card base material, and the insulated wire is laid in the card base material. CONSTITUTION:An insulating coil 7 which is made in such a manner that an insulated wire is wound into a ring shape along the outer periphery of a circuit substrate 5 and is immersion-cured by an insulating resin is laid as a data transmitting/receiving coil in a card base material which consists of an insulated substrate 2 and an ultraviolet curing resin 8, and therefore, a transmitting/ receiving coil with low impedance and a wide opening space is constituted. For this reason, a data transmitting/receiving available distance by a radiotransmitter can be extended, and high functional property is retained. Also, the insulating coil 7 which is laid in the vicinity of the peripheral edge of the card base material greatly contributes to reinforcing also, and the reliability is also improved.</p> |
