PURPOSE:To simplify a manufacturing process, and to reduce cost by forming an inner cylinder out of a metal cylinder and of a resinous layer solidly adhered to the outer periphery thereof, by protruding a part of the resinous layer so as to form an agitation plate, and by forming a whirl-stop of the inner cylinder 2 on the resinous layer at the time of molding a vibrationproof rubber. CONSTITUTION:An inter-ring 4 is fixed to the inner circumference of an outer cylinder 1, and a vibrationproof rubber 3 is linked with the upper half inner circumference thereof, while an inner cylinder 2 is buried in the center part of the bottom wall of the vibrationproof rubber 3. The inner cylinder 2 is composed of a metal cylinder 21 and of a resinous layer 22, a part of which is an agitation plate 23 protruded in a main liquid chamber A, while a whirl-stop part 24 is formed on the circumferential surface of both ends of the resinous layer 22. At the time of inputting large vibration, the volume of the main liquid chamber A is varied according to the upper and lower movement of the inner cylinder 2, and a sealed liquid is flown into a sub-liquid chamber B through an orifice channel 41, so as to generate periodic damping force. At the time of inputting fine vibration, the sealed liquid in the main liquid chamber A is resonated by the vibration of the agitation plate 23, and the vibration is absorbed thereby. Since the agitation plate 23 and the whirl-stop part 24 are integrated with the resinous layer 22, the assembly and process are simplified and the cost is reduced. |
