PURPOSE:To execute pipe drilling work without giving any damage to the piping strength by providing a supporting portion to support a shielding plate clamping an elastic member so as to move and rotate to the first axial center along a disc member and so as to move to the second axial center and a flow passage for supply and discharge. CONSTITUTION:A shielding tool 1 for piping is the one that a shielding plate 2 is connected to a mainframe 4. The shielding plate 2 consists of a disc member 2a, smaller in dia. than a pipe 5, in which an elastic member 2b such as rubber is held. A supporting portion 3 has a lowering mechanism 3a to move the shielding plate 2 to the first axial center Z1 along the disc member 2a and a translation mechanism 3c to move the same to the second axial center Z2. The elastic member 2b is provided with a pressure fluid supply mechanism 6 to supply pressure fluid such as air, water and oil from the mainframe 4 side of the piping shielding tool 1, and the elastic member 2b and the pressure fluid supply mechanism 6 are connected via a tube 8 as a flow passage for supply and discharge. It is thus possible to execute the shielding work without giving damage to the piping strength. |
