<p>PURPOSE:The image forming device with the both side image forming function with easy processing of jamming and without remaining of paper by providing a pair of both side paper ejection rolls downstream of a pair of reverse rotation rolls installed in a reverse path and able to be rotated forward or in reverse and a both side paper ejecting tray in its vicinity. CONSTITUTION:When judgement is made of jamming, no paper is detected by a detection sensor 47, and when existance of the paper is detected by sensors 45 or 46, or 44 and 45, forward drive of a motor 40 is carried out for a period of time the paper is carried the distance between the sensor 47 to the both side paper ejecting roll 30. At this time, if the electro magnetic clutch is turned ON, paper is fed in reverse to a direction E'' by carrying rolls 35, fed to the reverse path 28, and the recording paper is further fed to the both side tray 31 by the reverse rotation rolls 29 and the both side paper ejection rolls 30. The recording paper remaining in a circulatory feeding path 27 at the time of jamming can be stuck at the both side tray 31, and in the normal reverse feeding, the tray acts as a leading tip guide of the recording paper. Therefore, the paper extraction operation at the time of jamming becomes unnecessary.</p> |
