<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a white defect caused by the defective opening of a switching element from occurring by constituting a picture element of plural dots and respectively connecting the plural switching elements to respective dot electrodes. CONSTITUTION:In the case that one picture element 3 is constituted of four dots, two thin film transistors (switching elements) 5 are connected to the intersected point of a data bus line 1 and a scan bus line 2 corresponding to the dot electrodes 4. Even when one of two thin film transistors 5 corresponding to the electrode 4 is defectively opened, a normal data voltage can be impressed on the electrode 4 in the case that the other transistor is normally actuated. As the result, the white defect is prevented from occurring.</p> |
