PURPOSE:To access the content of execution of all joint jobs executed by users by providing a table storing information relating to a joint job to the system, storing all joint jobs executed by the users and retrieving the table. CONSTITUTION:A table entry is secured in a table 100 for storing job information relating to a job. As a 1st step of the joint job, start processing is executed to record it that a conference control program 30 is started and then an input data sent from a user or a conference control program 30 or the like is awaited. When the entry data are respectively start of a job, end of a job, participation, retire, start of use of material, end of use of material, transmission of material, reception of material, delete of material and end notice, the relevant processing is implemented. When the input data is not related to them, the data is sent to other processing module. When user makes a joint job, a job content data comprising a job identification data to specify the job, name of participants and name of materials to be used is stored automatically and then the job itself and the materials used for the job or the like can be retrieved. |
