PURPOSE:To make any cable transmission efficiency failure due to the flexing resistance and lost motion or the like of a cable correctable in an easy manner by installing an adjusting means relatively capable of adjusting an output chracteristic to the remote control system input of a remote control position detector and another output characteristic to the controlled system input of a controlled part position detector. CONSTITUTION:A detection controller 40, controlling a motor control device in accordance with operation of a remote control device 20 is provided with a shift operating position detector 41, detecting an operative position of a shift operating lever 21, and a shift current position detector 42 detecting the current position of a slide rack 36 belonging to the motor control device. In this constitution, the detected results of both these detectors 41, 42 are compared with each other by a comparator 43, and the deviation signal is transferred to a motor control circuit 44. At the shift current position detector 42, connecting holes 50A-50C for a cable 102 are installed in three positions on a turning radius of an arm 103, and any of these connecting holes 50A-50C is selected, through which a detected output voltage characteristic to a controlled system input stroke taken out of the motor control device is made alterable. |
