<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the subject product not having a peculiar smell, having excellent acceptability and rich in the ingredients of the silky fowl by adding the extract of the silky fowl to the raw materials of a spirit at a stage before the brewing process of the spirit such as whiskey. CONSTITUTION:During or before the brewing process of a spirit such as whiskey, brandy or SHOCHU the extract of a silky fowl is added to the raw materials brewed to brew the extract of the silky foul and the raw materials of the spirit to brew both the extract of the silky fowl and the raw material of the spirit, followed by distilling the brewed product.</p> |
