PURPOSE:To obtain a polymer image with high sensitivity by incorporating a radical polymerization initiator, a pyrolytic hardening promoter precursor, and a photosensitive compound in a specified proportion. CONSTITUTION:This thermophotopolymerizable composition contains 1 - 50 pts. wt. of the radial polymerization initiator, such as organic peroxides, organic halogenated compounds, or azo compounds, 5 - 50 pts. wt. of the pyrolytic hardening promoter precursor, such as compound to be allowed to produce a hardening promoter, such as a thiol compound, a hydroxyl compound, and a carboxylic acid, and 100 pts. wt. of the photosensitive compound polymerizable by the radial polymerization and/or cross-linking reaction, such as additionally polymerizable unsaturated compounds, alpha, beta-unsaturated ketone compounds and azido compounds, thus permitting a polymer image to be formed with high sensitivity by using not only ultraviolet rays, but also visible light, or heat. |
