The machine for the preparation of sports ground surfaces (10) is attached to a tractor (12), and consists of a frame (14) with a towbar (16), and supported at the end by a smooth roller (18). A pronged scarifier plate (20), a scraper blade (22) and a coarse grained material collector (24) are all fixed to the frame (14), one behind the other, and at the end behind the roller (18) is a transverse long brush (26). USE/ADVANTAGE - Prepn. of sports ground surfaces. Coarse material can be removed easily from the top surface layer.
