PURPOSE:To reduce effects of noise by dividing a die pad into sections and using some of them as lead conductors to a supply or ground line. CONSTITUTION:A die pad 3 is divided into two sections 3a and 3b, and one pad section shares a tie bar 6 with one pad section of an adjacent pad. Specifically, the pad section 3a is connected with the right-hand tie bar 6 and a pin 41, while the pad section 3b is connected with the left-hand tie bar 6 and a pin 49. Either pad section 3a or 3b, or both, are used as a wiring lead, so that the inductance and resistance of the die pad can be negligible. |
