<p>PURPOSE:To simply obtain a box having excellent electromagnetic waves-shilding property by a method in which a metal foil is inserted into molds, and a thermoplastic resin is injected into the molds for molding within a temperature range not to deteriorated the thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION:A thin material 3 with a metal foil of a thickness of 200mum or less is inserted into molds 1 and 2 of an injection molding machine, and a thermoplastic resin 4 is injected through a gate 5 for molding, where the thin material 3 and the thermoplastic resin 4 are closely laminated with each other. The temperature of the resin during the insert injection molding period is set up to be higher than the melting or softening point of the thermoplastic resin of the thermoplastic resin layer but lower than the thermal decomposition temperature of the resin. A thinner box can be obtained without damaging its electromagnetic waves-shielding property.</p> |
